Maybe I spelt it wrong. Big deal, it's a little country in central
america that almost nobody has heard of. Regardless of you trying to
change the subject becasue you have no valid response to my post the
fact still remains that Liverpool has not won the english league in 17
years and considering how far behind they are this year they would
need to by at least 5 superstars in the offseason to even get close to
MAN U or Chelsea. They can have all the CL parades they want. They
will not be considered the best team in Europe becasue they win CL.
All that would mean is they won a trophy. Eventually, UEFA will have
to change this stupid format.

Re: A question about LFC
If you asked any man utd or chelsea fan what they would prefer it would have
to be the CL over the league, you know that, the best year the mancs had was
99 and you still remember that now.
The fact that money now runs football and the same three teams have
monopolised the prem for over a decade does not make great football or
sport.
Liverpool may be the only team that can smash the cartel, why because they
have a great team built from team spirit? No Money, Personally I'd like to
see a bit more level playing field brought in to football, to give the so
called smaller clubs a chance of winning something>
Wouldn't it be great to see a team like Wigan /Bolton/ or any team that has
spent F all but built a team spirit win the Prem.
the last team I recall that did that was Everton, ever since that season
many years ago every team that has won has done so with money. Blackburn
bought it, Arsenal/ Man Utd,Chelsea all bought it.

Is that sport?
