This is a shot in the dark but here goes...

I'm trying to locate an hotel in Broughton - at least, it used to be an 
hotel about 80 to 100 years ago. The hotel was called Dalnaskhl and was 
located in or near Broughton. I have managed to find an old postcard showing 
it and have a couple of other pictures but nothing that helps locate exactly 
where it is, or was. I've posted the pictures at 
http://www.monopix.co.uk/dalnaskhl/. There were one or more lakes near to it 
if that helps.

If anyone can identify this, I would be very greatful.

You have posted a request  to a newsgroup set up by
the government to plug the gaps created by the abysmal
failure of their Psychiatric Care in the Community Policy. 
The uk.local hierarchy was devised to provide an outlet for
individuals who would otherwise spending their days sitting
at home wearing an aluminium foil hat waiting for a full moon
to rise. It was hoped that this would reduce the incidence
of nutters out there howling at the moon and frightening the

This newsgroup is a very good example of another HMG failure.

protect what was left of their sanity. Saddly this has happened
to the whole of uk.local. hierarchy.
