There are many questions surrounding the massive injustices caused to me by 
judges, police officers, Official Receiver, Land Registrar etc.

In 1986 I contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee 
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and judiciary. That Inquiry 
was chaired by Lord Nolan. The House of Lords informed me last year that 
Lord Nolan had died.

That alleged Inquiry was not independent or impartial. Lord Nolan was given 
his title by Queen Elizabeth II. She in fact is  the Patron of UK 
Freemasonry. Many members of the Royal Family are members of the Masonic 
cult. There is a reason for this situation.

Queen Elizabeth II, former Prime Minister Tony Blair and now Prime Minister 
by default, Gordon Brown continue  to ignore my situation and that of the 
many UK establishment victims. These people are shown to be guilty of the 
Crime of Misconduct in Public Office. They are eligible to a citizens arrest 
though it appears that they think that they are above the law.

On Thursday 30th January 2003 I appealed against the possession of my home 
at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, which had been arranged by 
very substantial UK establishment crime. Possibly that was their revenge for 
me contributing to the Inquiry into Freemasonry.? I have little doubt that 
it was.

The Monday after my appeal case was adjourned at Middlesboro County Court. 
Northumbria Police Special Squad surrounded my home at Hetton-le-Hole. 
Police marksmen where stationed around my home. I was not armed. My life on 
that occasion was saved by a policewoman negotiator named to me as "Jo". 
Three nights later when I still refused to give up my home for the benefit 
of criminals, Northumbria Police Special Squad battered down the door to my 
home. I stood at the top of the stairs to my home plucking up courage to 
fall on a sword which had previously decorated a room at my home.

Two of the Northumbria Police Special Squad rushed up the stairs and 
handcuffed me. They left the sword wedged between the handcuffed which held 
me. One each of them took one of my shoulders and started to push my chest 
onto the sword. It started to penetrate my chest. Another Special Squad 
police officer had also came up the stairs. When I started to cry out in 
pain when the sword stated to penetrate my chest, this police officer 
dragged me headlong down the  stairs away from his would be murdering 
colleagues. That murder attempt was witnessed by around another seven 
Northumbria Police Special Squad officers. It appears that none of them have 
made a statement about the police attempt on my life. Of course they are 
employed by the Patron of the Secret Society of UK Freemasonry cult, Queen 
Elizabeth II.

My estranged wife is well aware that I was not and never could have been a 
bankrupt following highly illegal proceedings at the Newcastle County Court 
which had arranged my alleged bankruptcy which followed.

My civil law opponent in those proceedings, employed as a National Insurance 
Inspector. She was assisted in using serious crime against me by the 
recorder, since retired, who sat under Durham and Newcastle County Court 
cases DH400950. DH400898 and NE401650.

I served a damages claim against the Durham County Court for crime carried 
out by some of its judges against me. They have of course ignored that.

I also served a damages claim against my National Insurance Inspector (Crown 
employee) civil opponent. She too has ignored that claim.

I also served a damages claim on a solicitor who had made a significant 
criminal contribution to me being made a bankrupt. He even admitted this 
crime to the Durham District Land Registry Registrar who allowed a false 
entry on the Durham District Land Register. Of course this Land Registrar is 
a Crown employee and almost certainly a Freemason which I concluded from a 
tape recorded conversation with him.

At least four Chief Constables have been involved in these crimes used 
against me. They are all candidates for a citizens arrest under the crime of 
Misconduct in Public Office.

Freemasonry, and the police is against the UK general public interest. They 
are definitely not independent or impartial as required under Article 6(1) 
of the European Human Rights Convention. They do of course work under the UK 
Patron of the Secret Society Cult Patron, Queen Elizabeth II.

One very serious question which now needs addressing is can UK courts justly 
operate under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention, 
especially in any matter which has a concern about Freemasonry as a part of 
the issue?  I think not.

Of possible interest to the reader, there was another attempt on my life in 
an African country which clearly implicated a Member of the British High 
Commission. Evidence that I brought back to the UK supporting this matter 
was stolen from me by the Northumbria Police Special Squad. Shortly 
afterwards I walked in the African bush alone using moonlight to guide me. 
The reason for this will eventually be a part of my book. I am not writing 
this book for financial gain. I am writing it as a part of a record which 
serves as proof that the UK is not a democracy. This fact has now been 
agreed by some Crown employees.

The principles under the Magna Carta signed by King John in 1215 are still 
valid. They are of course being ignored by Crown employees. This in fact is 
a far more serious matter than most people might at first think.

When lies and deception become the armour of any alleged democracy, that 
alleged democracy is on its way out.

No matter how much censorship of the Internet by ISP's there is to try to 
hide these facts, the ball has now started to roll towards a better UK.

I am now quite certain why the UK establishment wants me dead. They will 
probably get their wish, but not before they have received a very bloody 
nose.
