I caught a few minutes of last night's programme and Peter Levy did
one of his normal in-depth interviews with a Lincs. CC Councillor
about the proposed Ecotown at Strubby.

The Councillor mentioned "managed retreat" and "Mablethorpe" and PL
didn't even question him on it.

Is this a subject that Look North have reported on already?
Or did they just fail to pick up on the actual implication - i.e.
Mabelthorpe being abandoned/reloacted?
