Fuel costs   
1) It is rumoured that filling stations are going to show porn films
on the screens of pumps so we can see others getting screwed
at same time as ourselves.

2) We are running out of oil because we never checked the levels
    due to geographical problems.................
                           All our oil is in the North Sea and all of our
                           dipsticks are in Westminster !

Cheapest place I know of is Newark Road Lincoln  and there its £6.50 per 
gallon for diesel

One of the major problems that we have in the fuel debate is the fact that 
the British will not complain and the government make too much personel 
money from it so its very unlikely to change.

Yes just been there again to fill bike and I got the numbers wrong way round 
sorry it should have read £5.60 not £6.50

Wow the original post didn't cause much stir at all,  guess its true that 
the UK public have resigned themselves to just accepting any and everything 
that the government want to do, was a time when they might have at least 
moaned a little.
