Why do we put up with this?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lincolnshire/7061278.stm
"A county council's programme for helping vulnerable people has been
given a "poor" rating by the Audit Commission for the third year in a
row."
Incidentally, political correctness and recent legislation no longer
allows councils to have facilities or services for "the elderly".
They are for "the vulnerable". Which has led to the situation
discussed on the radio this morning of teenage drug addicts being
housed in homes full of old dears. They are all "vulnerable" you
see. Some, of course, are more vulnerable than others.

All the police have done is give booze to pensioners. How many will be
given ASBO's for drunken behaviour is anyones guess lol. I can imagine
gangs of beer swigging pensioners being moved on like the kids rofl.
At least its better than drunken teens staggering all over or sitting in
their own puke or piss. One thing is for sure .... they may be short of
fresh fruit and veg but they wont be sober enough to care!!

I was amused by the gang of pensioners in Brighton who started wearing
trainers and hoodies and standing around outside newsagents. The
local yoof soon decided this was no longer cool, and cleared off.
