Kent on ICE.   
South East News has just reported that Kent County Council had £50 million 
invested with ICE. Strangely they say that they will not lose anything and 
that they abided by all the rules on investing their capital.

of course they won't lose anything - they've got the bottomless pit of the 
taxpayer to bail them out.  We've all already been saddled with the risk 
reckless bankers took to the tune of £16k each.  wahey.   Its a cash 
hosedown!
