Work
I'm going to be off my feet for a few weeks before Xmas and know I will get
stir crazy. Does anyone have any ideas of working from home? Need any work
done ie typing etc? I'm pretty quick at typing. I'm in a quandry as to what
to do!

Write children's stories. If JK Rowling can do it, so can you. Think
yourself into your dogs mind and off you go. You can write some good stuff,
I've seen it offline. There's millions waiting for the next Harry Potter or
Pingu. Much more fun than typing crap for others and very satisfying.

I've told you before how to handle that. Pin money is all Christmas presents
deserve. Just agree with everybody you give presents to to cap the money
spent at £5 or less. My family used to buy expensive presents and they
always ended up in the charity shop. I know that because one christmas lunch
I got pissed and said that is what I do and it turns out they did the same.

And why shouldn't your book be published? Think positively! The trick is not
to discuss it with others. Think yourself into the part and let your
imagination run wild. Well, not too wild, you are supposed to be writing
childrens books! :-)

Write an autobiography then. That would make the best sellers on the
Richard and Judy book club. Couldn't fail. I spent some time in Waterstones
earlier killing time. Upfront was Victoria, A Biography! Ffs, do people buy
that crap? And then there was another dodo, Anthea Turner, author of A
Perfect Christmas. An oxymoron written by a moron for a start. Opened it up
as you mentioned Christmas earlier, first bit of advice was " make a list"!
It was downhill from then on. What have these these dodos ever done which
is of remote interest to anyone? Whereas your biography, phew! telephones,
desks, wardrobes etc. Hot stuff! I'd pre-order it! :-)

We do, but that's for serious stuff. We save our mindless drivel for here,
mostly during the day, to irritate people so that by the evening when the
booze kicks in we can not only irritate but be offensive! I've just added
you to my list of people to be rude to :-)
