Just wondered if anyone knows what was happening on this around 5 last night 
on the road heading towards Leybourne.  I had picked my daughter up from 
work and as we drove back thre was a police car stopped and in front a 4x4 
with it's hazard lights flashing.  There was nobody in either vehicle but 
they were blocking one lane of the road.  My daughter looked and there was a 
gap in the trees where someone could have run but bit odd to put your 
hazards on if you're making a dash from the police ?  Anyone see this or 
know what it was all about? I'm just being nosey really! lol.
