How much will House Prices fall in Kent?
My guess is 35-40% from peak, which will leave a "two-up-two-down" Victorian
terraced house at about £80,000- £100,000
I am really glad about what is happening to house prices at the moment, and
we've only just begun the downward part of the roller-coaster!
