Just the same mischievous geriatric still trying, but with some difficulty
finding time between the retirement demands of gardening, decorating and
producing income out of thin air, to grow old disgracefully, but finding
disgraceful types to grow old disgracefully with, ever fewer and harder to
find. So back to ulk to try and find some.

Seeing as most of the rump of the old ulk left posting appears to be a
minimum age of 43, or very nearly, lol, it's possible that with
encouragement the grey lurking disgraceful types will feel comfortable
here and  can be persuaded to de-lurk and post something very disgraceful
indeed! I hope so.

As for posting something disgraceful myself the only thing I can think of
for starters is this post. For was it not I who said I will never post on
ulk again? Yes it was, I do think inconsistency is an excellent quality,
don't you?

Ah yes holidays! Be careful with your passport when you go there. My mate 
went out for the evening last Friday night, it was a public holiday in 
Portugal, and when he returned his villa had been broken into and his 
laptop had been stolen. His passport and credit cards were secure in his 
safe or so he thought.The burglars prized that off the wall, with half the 
wall, and took it with them. When the police came they said the "illegals" 
from Lisbon "come down for the day on public holidays to do a bit of 
robbing"!

Lol, well usually that wouldnt bother me ;-)  Nope, not drinking now till 
the holiday.  Am finding I've much more
energy too! Good thing seeing as I'm running my daughter to and from her new 
job now.  Roll on her passing her test!

since Sunday, what with travelling, getting over travelling,
unpacking, chilling out and just generally not being bothered about
anything but catching up on my lazing quota.

Welcome back.  I´ve got nothing disgraceful to post, although I did
get my name in the Medway Messenger, apparently, in an article about a
huge direction sign in Rainham on the A2.  If you got to Kent Online
(if you can be bothered, and I´ll understand if you can´t) you´ll findit somewhere (See? I´m too chilled out to even bother posting a proper
link!)

It's a disgrace that you have posted seeing it is the local elections 
tomorrow. TallsToryWardy would never have chilled out in the sun on such 
an occasion.He would be out canvassing. Mind you, look what happened to

You seem to be doing a lot of "not bothering" over there in the sun. Quite 
right too. These busy types get on my nerves. No time for this, no time 
for that, no time to sit and think what they want to have time for!

Seeing as I have time at the moment I've just looked at Kent Online. 
Sadly, a thorough search only threw up a story about tortoises being 
stolen. Your 15 minutes, or words, of Medway Messenger fame are nowhere to 
be seen :-)

Don't be upset though, the weather is diabolical here, cold, wet and 
windy. Enjoy your rest and build up your strength. A word of advice, best 
not listen to the World Service tomorrow night, it ain't going to be

Lol, perhaps.  I keep forgetting how old I am myself though (well trying 
to!)  Hang on.... I'm not 43 yet!!!!! Couple of months till then!
