My purpose for this website is to try to show that the UK is not a democracy
and that the Crown is not quite what the UK general public are led to
believe that it is. The UK needs an elected Head of State not the Patron of
the Secret Society of UK Freemasonry.

UK Crown officers have made three attempts on my life during the past six
years. A reputed friend of Queen Elizabeth II, former recorder John Hugh
Fryer-Spedding, of Mirehouse, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, as yet an
un-convicted criminal, was to serve as the final proof to me that the
Judicial Oath is the massive fraud that it is. Queen Elizabeth II, the UK
Patron of the Secret Society of Freemasonry cult, is an integral part of
this fraud. This Crown fraud amounts to a treason being used against the UK
general public.

Former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding perverted the course of justice in
Durham and Newcastle County Court Cases DH400950, DH400898 and Newcastle
County Court case NE401650. His illegal ruling at Newcastle brought about my
alleged bankruptcy with the result that my home at 16A The Lyons,
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear was stolen from me with the assistance of
Crown officers. Two attempts on my life were made on me in February 2003,
when my home, land, and most of my personal possessions were stolen from me.
Another attempt on my life was carried out against me before that in
Mombassa, Kenya, which implicated a member of the British High Commission
there.

In a letter written by Mr. JD Saunders of the Law Commission on 20th June
2003, he confirms that the Magna Carta first assented to by King John in
1215 remains in force today. He has also confirmed that the Bill of Rights
1688 also remains in force as does the Coronation Oath Act of the same year.
The word treason is appropriate to use for some of the crime's being carried
on against the UK general public.

My estranged wife, Joyce Kellett, living at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire,
assisted in showing me just how corrupt many Crown employees are. When is a
divorce not a divorce? This website will eventually explain why this is.
Divorce, a solicitor's financial bonanza where money or property is
concerned.

The other description for solicitors and barristers is "Officers of the 
Courts. They are therefore not unrepentant or impartial as required under 
Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. They are a part of the 
general corruption being carried on by UK Courts such as that used against 
me. They will eventually come to trial before a court governed by the 
principles of Magna Carta signed by King John in 1215 AD.  Magna Carta can 
only be changed with the will of the UK general public not the Crown 
employed mob.

The Crown lives in a world manufactured for it far detached from the lives 
of normal people. God would never save Queen Elizabeth II especially when 
she continues to be an integral part of the Judicial Oath fraud and treason 
being used against the UK general public. The UK is definitely not a 
democracy and this has now been admitted by some Crown employees. Land and 
property theft are now a part of the modern day UK while the Crown carries 
on buying race horses.

The UK no longer has an empire thank God. Yet those in UK power still seems 
to think that it has. Cannon fodder people do not fight for the survival of 
their families but for the survival of those in the filthy power game. 
Recession for the UK is now well on its way. The UK now needs to have its 
military forces to return to the UK and save the UK taxpayer the fortune 
which it is costing the UK tax payer to have our military remain in Iraq and 
Afghanistan. We are now forces of occupation just like Hitler was in Poland 
during World War II. The UK is going down the drain while those in UK power 
seem to sit on their rears and watch this situation happening. Yes we in the 
UK need Members of Parliament who swear their Oath of Allegiance to the UK 
general public, not to the UK Patron of the Secret Society of Freemasonry 
cult.

Trial by jury is still the right of the UK general public under the Magna 
Carta of 1215 AD. This may be impractical at present but it is still UK law 
regardless of the UK ruling criminals who are ignoring this matter. Power 
must be returned to the UK people and taken away from the Patron of the 
Secret Society of UK Freemasonry cult, Queen Elizabeth II.  John Stevens was 
a former Chief Constable of Northumbria. On retirement he was given the 
title of "Lord"  by Queen Elizabeth II. He was then made responsible for 
investigating the death of Princess Diana and Dodi Feyad. He was not in 
these circumstances alone not independent or impartial to that alleged 
investigation. I was told that the driver of Princess Diana's and Dodi Fayad 
car was blinded by a light in the Paris underpass similar to that which the 
UK SAS possess. The chances of him missing one of the pillars in the Paris 
underpass were almost nil travelling at the speed he was alleged to be 
travelling.
