good news in the paper today, germany is sending teenage thugs to siberia, 
if they want water they have to break through 2 feet of ice and toilets are 
a hole in the ground, if they want warmth they have to chop wood for a fire, 
there are no tv, playstations or pool tables and their food is salted fish, 
belly pork and beans, to achieve this the german government pay the russians 
per prisoner per day a cheaper price than if they were in a german prison

perhaps UK could join the club or would that be infringing human rights
