Hello all :)

I have three rooms to let in a house in Pitstone which is about 4 miles 
from Tring, they are priced at £250, £325 and £400 p.c.m in order of size.

The house is a quite large and has a garden and separate WC / Bath.

This price includes:
- Council Tax
- Electricity
- Gas
- Broadband (You can plug into my router, or use wirelessly).

I'm very easy going and get on well with almost anyone!

Hi Shade,

I'm not sure what you mean exactly.

if your housing benefit is enough to cover the cost of renting the room 
and also provides enough money leftover for you to buy food and live, 
then of course!

I hope this is helpful :).

Just to update, the £325 room has now been let, so there is only the 
£250 and £400 rooms remaining.
