Hi Room,
              I went into a shop yesterday, with the sole, intention of
buying an Apple iPod 30,60 Gigs.
The guy in the shop told me they didnt stock them, as they were rubbish.
When i asked why, he said.

1. They have Rubbish battery Life. ( He said he has heard the battery life
on some of them is 5 hours or so )
2. They are too expensive for what they are. ( He said £219.00 for the 30
G )

He pointed me to the Creative iPod, and the Phillips iPod.
I wasnt convinced.

What is the the experience you guys have had, and what are the best deals to
be had?
Do i listen to what he said, and go for a better brand?
Is it worth getting video on it, as i was thinking if i am going to get
video, i might as well go for the 60 Gig.

In the Uk the which magazine are doing a 30 Day trial free, and i might
subscribe, and see what they say about there reviews.
The trouble is they want all your credit card details.
