I have never seen a scene of such devastation. 2 helicopters attended,
not sure how many police, fire ambulance were there, there was a
mangled mess of a car on its roof about 200yards into a field and
another mangle on the road, the accident was just before the Melbourn
junction, the tailbacks were horrendous, I went through via Melbourn as
they closed the road at the Newmarket Road entrance and police were
still making their way there, and the ambulance went past me when I was
at Duxford, the M11 was chokka as they closed the A505 at Duxford.
