The BNP's 'Big Lie'
A common tactic of the BNP is the promotion of the ‘big lie’. The issue
might vary from place to place but the concept is the same.

The BNP will tap into a local issue or concern and give it a racial
twist. They will repeatedly peddle this lie to portray the other parties
as out of touch and to promote their own racist agenda.

* In Barking & Dagenham they tapped into concern over a lack of cheap
affordable housing by claiming there was a secret ‘Africans for Essex’
scheme in which non-whites were given £50,000 grants to buy property in
the area.
* In Sandwell the BNP claimed that a local library building was going to
become a mosque.
* In Amber Valley they claimed that a local 15-year-old white girl had
been sexually attacked by three asylum seekers.
* In Thurrock they claimed that Hackney council had struck a secret deal
to ship over 3,000 asylum seekers.

The BNP leader nick Griffin in his own words

On Race: "Without the White race nothing matters [other right-wing
parties] believe that the answer to the race question is integration and
a futile attempt to create "Black Britons", while we affirm that
non-Whites have no place here at all and will not rest until every last
one has left our land."

On Nazi leader Adolf Hitler: 'Yes, Adolf went a bit too far. His legacy
is the biggest problem that the British nationalist movement has to deal
with. It just creates a bad image."

On Mein Kampf, Adolf Hitler's autobiography: "At 13, I read Mein Kampf,
making notes in the margins… I remember thinking, are the Jews really
that bad? The chapter I most enjoyed was the one on propaganda and
organisation there are some really useful ideas there."

On democracy: “[BNP voters backed] what they perceived to be a strong,
disciplined organisation with the ability to back up its slogan ‘Defend
Rights for Whites’ with well-directed boots and fists. When the crunch
comes, power is the product of force and will, not of rational debate.”

On the Soho pub bombings: “The TV footage of dozens of ‘gay’
demonstrators flaunting their perversions in front of the world’s
journalists showed just why so many ordinary people find these creatures
so repulsive.”

Show me a party that does not lie! Don't forget the lies Blair told that
took us to war with Iraq. There are plenty of 'criminals' in the other
parties too, a google search will show this. We voters have no voice & not
much choice. I am not keen on the BNP but i will vote for them simply
because i no longer have faith in the other 3. My view is it cant get any
worse & who knows, it may get better. Don't worry, i know the BNP will never
get in at least for the foreseeable future but if the other 3 see a rise in
BNP popularity they might start listening to the folk that they are supposed
to serve.
Regards,
A desperate voter.

The problem is, the incumbent government seem to be so ineffective and
'wrong' that people are looking for a 'viable alternative'.

In 97 Labour did such a good job of destroying the Tory image, that the work
is still done, that is, the Tories are not regarded as well as they could
be.

After the Tories are all the fringe parties, with the liberals being the
most prominent of them, all of them will get a 5 minute scan of policies and
then mostly forgotten about.

This is the big advantage of the English electoral system, the wee parties
are mostly shunted out into the sidings.

True enough. Of course if the current government is so against the BNP
and other small parties, why don't they get their cronies to do things
like,,,,,, stop their bank accounts?

There's one thing worse than extremist right wing parties pretending to care
about social issues and that's leftist extremists who, rather than state any
of their own policies use the good old fashioned marxist solution of digging
up dirt for propaganda and if they can't find any they'll make it up ....
like communism has never got embroiled in making people disappear, torture
and execution or the victimisation of minority groups.

Aren't we all just pissed off enough with Labour's mind games and media
control? Take it some place else lefty. Your time is up.

A bit like the Liberal Democrats then.

If you had stated what organisation you represent or support your message
might have been more credible. If it's Antiwar.co.uk then as far as I'm
concerned you have self-destructed.On that organisation's website it
shows a photo of a "demo". In it one of the marchers has his face masked,
(ready for action?) and his mate holds a banner proclaiming Socialist
Worker. The Socialist Worker (sic) is by far the biggest bunch of fascists
ever allowed to walk our streets. I don't care for the BNP but at least
they have the courage of their convictions and don't mask their faces when
campaigning.

Worker. The Socialist Worker (sic) is by far the biggest bunch of fascists
ever allowed to walk our streets. I don't care for the BNP but at least
they have the courage of their convictions and don't mask their faces when
campaigning.

BNP popularity they might start listening to the folk that they are supposed
to serve.

Re: The BNP's 'Big Lie'

Show me a party that does not lie! Don't forget the lies Blair told that
took us to war with Iraq. There are plenty of 'criminals' in the other
parties too, a google search will show this. We voters have no voice & not
much choice. I am not keen on the BNP but i will vote for them simply
because i no longer have faith in the other 3. My view is it cant get any
worse & who knows, it may get better. Don't worry, i know the BNP will never
get in at least for the foreseeable future but if the other 3 see a rise in
BNP popularity they might start listening to the folk that they are supposed
to serve.

I don't care for the BNP but at least
they have the courage of their convictions and don't mask their faces when
campaigning.

of them for being nazi goosetepping scum...I have. Anyway their
