An Unanswered Question.   
I have been wondering, if someone injects themselves with an air bubble
into their bloodstream, could it be fatal, if so would it always be
detectable at post mortem anyway?  If they were kneeling at the time
and had, had drugs, would death be fast enough and painless enough for
them not to move from this position?
