Dear All

Helen and I are taking part on the 16th July this year in the Race for Life
at Hereford Racecourse in aid of Cancer research.  I am running (well
walking quickly) to say thank you that Helen is here and Helen is also
walking quickly, although she has the excuse of a bad pelvis from the bone
graft, in memory of her friend Emma who died last year aged 23.  The
racecourse is 5k and we both would appreciate as much in the way of
sponsorship money as possible.  All who know me will realise that exercise
and I are not the best of friends and Helen would rather sit and do Maths
calculus instead of exercise, so this is a challenge for the both of us.
