Turves Green Primary School, Birmingham had a website designed for
them by a partner of parent. The school wasn't happy with the mess
that appeared on the web and told the *designer* to take it down.
Said *designer* threw a wobbly and posted derogatory messages on the
school website.
That wasn't enough and he took to making a fuss on uk.local.birmingham
http://tinyurl.com/ch24l (see note below)

The site was designed (for want of another word) by -

(Design & Content © DesignXP 2003)
Who were, to quote
A division of Surfbaud

Investigations continue as to whether or not Turves Green Primary
School were threatened/ sued/did sue for libel or slander in this
case.

Note
As an aside, it has been noticed that posts made by "Guy Fawkes" that
were once archived on Google are now disappearing. Fortunately there
are several other archives who retain a complete posting history of
"Guy Fawkes".
It is hoped that sometime in the near future a CD will be made
available entitled "The Fuckwittery of Guy Fawkes".
All profits will go to the defence fund.
