The doctor examined him. When he was done he gave his patient a packet of 
suppositories.

"How do I take them, Doctor,?" the patient asked.

"You peel the paper carefully off and shove one up your bottom," said the 
doctor.

At that, the patient replied, "You don't have to get catty, just because I 
asked," then stormed out of the surgery in the huffs.
