Oh yes they do. I'm far too busy to line up and buy tickets like the common
people do. I have a lottery corporation subscription to every draw. And
they are obliged to notify me if I win big. (If I win small they just mail
me a cheque directly). It's part of the advantage to having subscription.
The subscription costs $208 per year (two $2 draws a week). I've won $5 so
far this year.

My horoscope today (I NEVER read my horoscope, but a manic workmate
yelled it at me today) said I should take investment advice today. This
is the first piece I have read today!

I could suggest better investments than the lottery. The lottery is, as
everyone knows, a form of voluntary taxation. In our province, the proceeds
are used to build hospitals etc so we don't mind trading a bit of cash for
a longshot chance of $,$$$,$$$.
