BBC Cheshire
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/default.stm

On the right hand side of this page, you can select any county in England
(some share an index) except for....

Cheshire!

Why?

It seems cheshire news is spread among the
Manchester/Staffordshire/Merseyside indexes
Why we do have to play 'hunt the story' when much smaller counties get a
decent showing

I called BBC and they told me it was becuase there was no BBC Radio
Cheshire, but there were plans for such a station, but don't expect it to
open in the next five years.

So we miss out again.
Anyone want to start a petition for reduced licence fee if we get no local
radio, no online news and very little local tv news?
