Asking for your records
According to the Data Protection Act you can see your records.
Wrong!!!!!!!!!! You can see what the Social Work deem suitable for you
to see and they take 40 days to organise you looking at them. Maybe
I'm being paranoid but I strongly suspect anything that is going to
cause ructions will be removed. Seeing as I complained about carers on
several occasions .

Who wants a carer who is a known thief, or another who is known to be
very rough handling the old folk, or another whose teenage kids have
verbally abused you for years and thrown things at you when you are
out.
