MWC 4119
LAST WEEK
1) Start and finish The Ballad Of Gay Tony
SUCCESS! I am WIN.
2) Get 500G on Forza Motorsport 3
SUCCESS! 580G!
3) 80 puzzles on Professor Layton
SUCCESS! 80 exactly.
4) 150G on Guitar Hero 5
FAILURE! 105G. Boo.
5) Get my gamerscore ahead of Witty's and Orrah's
SUCCESS! I once again have the highest valid gamerscore on UGVM! I know
Man Of Kent is 12k ahead of me, but I'm 99.9% certain he's using hacked
saves which are illegal and thus he doesn't count. Abusing the Fallout 3
console may be deeply immoral and shamelessly whoreish, but it is using
an in-game feature and doesn't break any rules.
THIS WEEK
1) Get the insanely oversized GoW3 demo to actually work
2) Get to Level 40 on Forza Motorsport 3
3) 90 puzzles on Professor Layton
4) 150G on Guitar Hero 5
5) Keep my gamerscore ahead of Witty's and Orrah's

Micturating on a picture of Lady Di uses an in-body feature and doesn't break
any rules, but that doesn't make it okay to do.

99.9% sure? How have you reached this conclusion? He plays an awful lot of
sports games and, well, lots of games in general. I've seen nothing to
suggest anything underhand.

You actually have a _puny_ gamerscore among those people for whom your
use of the word "valid" is in context. ;)

I don't see any evidence that MoK has cheated his score. You do realise
that this whole 'my score is bigger than your score' is just a teensy
bit sad?

Rumble Roses XX. He has every achievement dated within a two day period.
The whores on X360A, who know every shortcut in the book, are adamant
there is no physical way it can be 1kd in anything short of 300 hours,
realistically nearer 500-600, and there are no in-game cheats to speed
up the process.
He also has the unlock all costumes for all characters achievement
unlocked as his third achievement, way before quite a few of the "unlock
all costumes for character x" achievements, which isn't possible doing
it any legitimate way. As far as I or anyone else knows, getting that
isn't possible without gamesaving.

What do you mean? When I say 'valid', I simply mean "legal within MS's
T&Cs". Every achievement I have was obtained within a game's front end,
using my own save started from scratch, with no adjustment, modification
or transferring of files. I have used some in-game loopholes, but that's
different. Gamesaving can get your score rest by MS, and nothing I've
done can, that's the key difference.

MS's T&Cs cover the whole of the xbox live community with nice broad
strokes, so if that's your context for validity then that's your
competition.
I'm pretty sure validity in here is done via peer assessment. ;o)

I should probably add that I've jumped to a conclusion and don't have
definitive proof. If MoK has done everything legit then sincere
apologies if I've offended. But if so, can he fill the rest of us in on
how to 1k RRXX in two days :)

Sorry Zo but I feel that using the Fallout 3 console to unlock all of
the achievements HAVING NEVER PLAYED THE GAME is cheating. I can put up
with you renting stupidly easy games to whore but the Fallout thing is
blatant cheating to me. Crying shame really since Fallout 3 is a good
game but you're too obsessed with your gamerscore to actually take the
time to play it. :(
Anyways:
LAST WEEK
1) Get 500G on FIFA 10.
Failed as I've not actually touched FIFA all week.
2) Get 500G on Forza 3.
Succeeded. Before Zo too which annoyed him somewhat. :)
3) Complete Homeworld 2.
Succeeded this morning. Good game, wish there was a Homeworld 3.
4) Finish the Point Lookout DLC on Fallout 3 (PC).
Succeeded when my cousins were over, hogging my 360.
5) Annihilate Zo's gamerscore. :)
Failed but technically succeeded very briefly before Zo broke out Madden
'08 to shamelessly whore.
THIS WEEK:
1) Get 500G on FIFA 10.
2) Play Dragon Age. When it arrives...
3) Finish Mothership Zeta DLC on Fallout 3 (PC)
4) Get to level 40 on Forza 3.
5) Overtake Zo's gamerscore LEGITIMATELY.

Oh, there was shame. I was crying on the inside whilst I was doing it,
questioning what I had let my life become.
/checks to see if Madden 09 has arrived yet

"> LAST WEEK
>
1, Complete 5 missions on Afika (PS3)
FAIL
2, Complete Little Big Planet (PS3)
FAIL - In fairness to both, I have barely been at my flat, returning to my
parents for three days for various illness related issues. That, and Batman
arrived, followed soon after by Dragon Age.
3, Avoid buying any new games - despite postal strike delaying my rentals
FAIL - I forgot Dragon Age was due this week.
4, Play any PSP game.
Its never going to happen. Well, not until a new PSP game takes my fancy, or
I find Prinny: Can I be the Hero?
5, Finish Professor Layton or Scibblenauts (DS)
Getting mighty close to finishing Layton, but Scribblenauts was largely
untouched other than some minor fooling around.
THIS WEEK:
1. Get to 50% in Batman: Arkham Asylum
2. Play another game other than Dragon Age or Batman.
