cancelling at play-asia
Play-asia have removed their Cancel Order (or items) button for some
reason.
Also, once on the order page, if you follow the links from there, the
form it brings up to send a query is b0rked (keeps saying details have
not been filled in, even though there's no place you can fill them in).
I filled in another similar form yesterday, including the order number,
etc., but I haven't heard back from them and the order has not been
cancelled.
Does anyone here have an email address for play-asia that will actually
work for cancelling orders?
If I can't cancel this order, it will be my last time using them.
[Incidentally, the order says "Preparing Order", but the item is
backordered and shipping date is "On or before Sep 22", so there's
plenty of time to be able to cancel!]

It's there for me on the outstanding order I have. Same place as
suggested here:

This sounds to me like either a problem with your browser, or a
temporary glitch with the website.

The form should work. Are you sure a reply hasn't been junk filtered?
Failing that, I seem to recall "orders@play-asia.com" was valid.

According to that link... "If your order is not yet in shipping
preparation, you may modify or cancel your order here."
...but it _is_ in "Preparing Order".
The problem is, this was one item of 3 ordered. But it was the main
reason I made the order (a present for my daughter). The other 2 items
were shipped and immediately this order was created, marked as
"Preparing Order" and I was sent an email saying they expect it to ship
on the 22nd.
GRRR!

All that you say is what I thought also, but it appears not the case.
The order still stands unchanged.

Thanks I'll try that.
Incidentally, neither here nor there, but the game is Imagine: Teacher
and the other two are N+ and Rhythm Tengoku Gold.
Obviously, the 2 better ones for me were shipped, but that Teacher one
looks alright and my daughter is chomping to buy it locally for 50euros
(!) ...out of her own money of course.
