"Work for" in a fairly loose sort of way, I suspect.  This looks like
one of these pyramid-marketing schemes, where the claim is that you
can get something free if you can con 5 of your (current) friends to
sign up for something or other.  I guess this one is a bit more honest
in that they're not actually offering anything beyond the chance to
enter a lottery of some kind.

Don't know what the affiliate gets; I'd guess after you sign up to
receive truckloads of junk mail and 3am phone calls, you get some
invitation to become an affiliate for some reward (maybe they claim
they'll remove your name and phone number from the marketing list).
Doubtless the affiliate rules also forbid spamming.
