holy shit! Final Fantasy IV remake (DS) magazine scan
http://www.enregistrersous.com/images/173404900920070509143020.jpg

many of you could probably care less about this. but FF IV, released
as FFII on the SNES, was the first FF game I played. In way, it's
always been my favorite FF. so to see that it's getting a 3D remake
for DS just makes me wanna say... FUCK YEAH :)

I'm sure that's an "Americanism" as I don't recall ever hearing anyone
in the UK (in my age group) ever using "could care less", but with the
Internet generation, these nonsensical phrases seem to be spreading
like wildfire and infecting our yoofs...

Oh dear, I'm starting to complain about the "younger generation",
which must mean I'm finally entering the "older generation".

Yup, but "could care less" means the exact opposite of how you meant it.

aye, kinda.

if he'd said "most of you probably could care less than me about this"
he'd have used it correctly.....though it still sounds like bad
grammar to me.

the way he said it made it sound like he wasn't bothered about it.

the phrases "could care less" and "couldn't care less" have been

the phrases "could care less" and "couldn't care less" have been

the phrases "could care less" and "couldn't care less" have been

Yup, but "could care less" means the exact opposite of how you meant it.

aye, kinda.

if he'd said "most of you probably could care less than me about this"
he'd have used it correctly.....though it still sounds like bad
grammar to me.

the way he said it made it sound like he wasn't bothered about it.
