Here’s everything you’ll need to know about the Eventide Prereleases &
Release events at Fan Boy Three:

Friday July 11th – 8.30 pm – the Ross Silcock pre-Prerelease Cube
draft (FREE)
Friday July 11th – Midnight – Eventide Prerelease I (£15)
Saturday July 12th – 11am – Eventide Prerelease II (£15)
Sunday July 13th – noon – Eventide Prerelease III (£15)

As ever, we’re offering one pre-release for £15, two for £25 and all
three for £40 (including a complimentary draft). For the last five pre-
releases in a row we’ve been the second highest attendance venue in
the UK. At Fan Boy Three, prize support is determined by points not
standing, and everyone wins at least one Shadowmoor booster, which you
can immediately use to help pay for drafting. There will be side event
drafting available (£7.50 – or £5 plus one Eventide booster) all day –
we usually run between 8 and ten drafts (including the big Fan Boy
Draft of Praise at 7pm on Sunday) with sign up sheets going up about
round three.

Next weekend we’re running our Friday Night ‘Proxy Block constructed’
Unsanctioned FNM on Friday the 18th. Here’s a chance to try out that
new deck idea before you splash out on that playset - without
affecting your ranking! With half a dozen Block PTQ’s between now and
the end of M-Fest, this might be your only chance to test in a
‘tournament’ environment.

Then on Sunday the 20th save one of your Eventide boosters for our
BYOB unsanctioned Shadowmoor/Eventide draft. Again, with less than a
month to go before M-Fest, we know you need every opportunity to test
the Nationals draft format in tournament conditions.

A week later, and it’s a triple bill of Eventide Release Events:

Friday July 25th – 7pm – Release Event I (£7.50, draft)
Saturday July 26th – noon – Release Event II (£15, sealed)
Sunday July 27th – noon – Release Event III (£15, sealed)

Again, one event will set you back £15, two £25 and all three £30. In
addition, the Saturday Release Event is also an M-Fest Feeder
tournament, so there will be extra booster prizes, Feeder points and
an exclusive FB3 Mana Mat up for grabs for the winner. Also, buy a
theme deck and play against four opponents at any point over the
weekend, and you’ll score a free Shadowmoor booster in our Theme Deck
Challenge!

Lastly, August 10th is our Standard format Grand Prix Trial for
Copenhagen (11am, £10). There’s a £50 travel bursary for the winner
(if we get over 16 players), and we went and made it an M-Fest Feeder
so everyone wins extra boosters and the winner scores the last of our
exclusive Mana playmats. But that’s not all! With a week to go before
the Nationals, we’re subbing *every* GPT player into our Sunday
evening Draft of Praise to give you the best possible Nationals
testing opportunity.
