I had to dig a bit, but if you look at the M-Fest fact sheet pages you
can get to view the whole schedule here:

Which says there is a Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) of draft at 14:00 on
Thursday 14th August (I don't know what draft format) and a Standard
Constructed LCQ at 18:00 Thursday 14th August.
