This Saturday Fan Boy Three - 17 Newton Street, Manchester, M1 1FZ -
is hosting our very first NW National Qualifier tournament! With two
and a bit days to go, we thought we better remind everyone of the
schedule:

10am doors open & registration (£5, Standard)
11am collect deck lists and pair first round
12am second round
1pm third round
2pm lunch
2.30pm fourth round
3pm side event Shadowmoor drafting (£7.50)
3.30pm fifth round
4.30pm sixth round (if neccessary)

Traditionally, Manchester players also get to play - and qualify - in
Birmingham. Obviously with the clash this Saturday that isn't going to
be possible. At Fan Boy Three we feel your pain - and we want to see
as many of you qualify for the Nationals as possible. Which is why
we're running the FB3 Nationals Qualifier Bring a Friend promotion!
Bring a friend and they play FOR FREE! Yes - absolutely FREE. Plus,
you win a fabulous FREE booster just for bringing them along, no
matter how well (or badly) they play. Because the more players we get,
the more qualification slots are available.

During lunch, the Goblobber Challenge will be making a welcome return
to competitive play. If you're a casual, semi-pro or pro Goblobber

Manchester has to offer to win extra prizes!

- at all our M-Fest Feeder dates this summer we're not just offering
top flight Magic organised play and extra booster prizes, and points
towards your prize package when you attend M-Fest in August - we're
offering the winner of each tournament an EXCLUSIVE Mana playmat
available nowhere else in the UK.

of it's *** M-FEST FEEDER TOURNAMENT *** status - and Legacy Foils as
prizes, plus an EXCLUSIVE Mana playmat. We really want to see Legacy
work, which is why our first prize is now worth almost £50.

Friday July 11th - with Eventide about to dawn at Midnight, what
better time for another fun Friday event - in this case, we dust off
Ross's legendary 16-man cube draft (7pm)! Cubabunga! And what's better
- it's absolutely Fan Boy FREE!!!

Friday July 11th - Eventide Prerelease I (Midnight, £15, Sealed) - and
what better time and place to play than Fan Boy Three at Midnight! And

Standard) - includes travel award and the best Nationals Standard
practice money can buy! Because of that we're pulling out all the
stops and making this our final *** M-FEST FEEDER TOURNAMENT ***. And
don't forget we're the only venue in the UK where the Grand Prix
Trials play the exact same format of the Grand Prix's they feed (in
this case, Standard with all the Eventide trimmings).

Sunday August 10th - Shadowmoor/Eventide Draft (7pm, £6) - don't
forget, you can use your GPT Copenhagen prize boosters to subsidise
this event.

Friday August 15th - what? Not going to M-Fest? Come play Standard at
Fan Boy Three for FREE!

Sunday August 31st - GPT Rimini - not surprisingly, given the last two
weeks worth of FNM's this (and Saturday's London based PTQ Berlin) are
both Block Constructed (Noon, £10). Play the actual format of Rimini -
and Berlin - and win travel awards only at Fan Boy Three.

Sunday August 31st - Shadowmoor/Eventide Draft (7pm, £6) - don't
forget, you can use your GPT Rimini prize boosters to subsidise this
event.

And don't forget - every Wednesday from 6pm is casual/Gateway Magic
and most Thursdays are current format deck testing sessions.
