Man the DCI will let any utter scum bag run events. If someone else is
in fact running this I would suggest they find someone who isn't a
scum bag to post on the NG for them.

Why is this the best chance to qualify exactly? Looks like any other
qualifier to me. Just curious.

Cause if Stu likes you he'll hook you up. Like the Poole ptq,
purportedly the most rigged tournament in English magic history.

Should we know what "The Poole PTQ" was?

Something like the TO giving people he liked the best sealed decks. I
was just calling him a general scum bag had forgot that he did run all
kinds of dodgy events in the past.

I would just like to say that I was the Head Judge for this event and
I can assure everyone that I would never be involved in any funny
business nor allow anyone else to do so. Stuart C was actually not the
TO and actually played in the event. For the record he was penalised
by me for GPE and Tardiness, and another Judge received a Slow Play
warning. I know people`s criticism was not aimed at me but thought I
would clarify this.

I would suggest that the TO gets someone else to post this sort of
thing on the NG. I'm sure if he wasn't involved in running the event
that everything was perfectly fair.

All the information about that event is available to anyone who digs
right here on the group. It was quite rediculous in hindsight and I'm
nowhere near as sure as Stu that everything was as fine as he is
assuming.
