MSO website has been recently updated.

http://www.msoworld.com now includes downloadable entry form.   Venue for 
event is
United Reformed Church, Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1BZ (venue info is not 
yet on website apparently).

NB as usual there is a late entry fee for entry forms submitted after 1st 
August!
