Hai all,
Here we feel a dearth of skill improvement techniques in teacher
education programmes.The only one we used to practice is the day old
micro teaching.It seems very dry and artificial to a great extent.
What are the skill improvement techniques ,other than micro teaching,
practiced in your university/college for teachers??Can you give me a
brief description of the programme??
