big thank you to all replies, still a few more questions
hey,
just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all that took time out to reply.
It means an auful lot to me that people can voice some advice or their
own opinions. I think this will be a challenging year and it isnt going

to be easy but i just hope that at the end of it i become one of the
passionate and inspiring teachers we can all remember.
It has filled me with a bit more confidence hearing that the teaching
phases help trainees to develop as i hope this will be the case for me.

one more question that i hope will be answered......... subject
knowledge is not being encouraged here as it is seen to be an on going
process???any thought on that? and also i have been reading loads of
gcse books and revision guides to try and refresh some information to
gain more subject knowledge? is this the right way to go about it?
thanks again for all the advice,
bex
