I would like to summarize the many phases of recommendations I have
already provided for the Middle East Area:

1-The city of Jerusalem will be a colony of Turkey.

2-Saudi Arabia will be partitioned between the nations Jordan (having
the city of Mecca), Egypt and Turkey (the rest).

3-Dubai will be a colony of Italy and Spain.

4-Libya will be partitioned as colonies of France and Germany.

5-Kuwait will be portioned between Pakistan (half), Argentina and
Chile (each quarter).

The other member of Cartel in the South America:

      6- Venezuela will be partitioned between three countries Brazil
(half),
          Argentina and Chile (a quarter each).

In designing such maps I felt there is strategies and correlation and
balance between three countries mentioned on N0.2 and 6.

If we implement those necessary steps to adjust massive tensions in
the Middle East and somehow reduce it to more or less a normal stage,
I see the events will AUTOMATICALL force the partition of Iraq (THERE
WILL BE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE!), thus:

A- Iraq would be a colony of Iran and Syria

Because of the population of the countries and their position in the
area I would like to suggest the following:

B-1/3 of Iraq would be for Syria and the rest (2/3) will be the colony
of Iran (perhaps the northern part).

The usual demands for all the countries as mentioned above (i.e..
building hospitals, houses, food, refugee issues, etc) will remain the
same.

I see no other ways to solve the issue of foreign army presence in
Iraq but the only solution would be implementation of my proposed
colonial expansions.

Thus it is better the leaders stop rhetoric and start acting (I see
the current planning of the USA about Iraq totally naïve).

I request immediate cooperation of the all countries involved
including the USA and EU as well as Russia and Japan.
