The expansion of Japan in the area is essential to balance the forces
between two large populated nations (over a billion) and with nuclear
capabilities; these are countries of China and India.

Thus I would like to suggest the following:

1-South Korea will be the colony of Japan

2-North Korea will be a colony of Germany and Japan (half each).

While North Korea has nuclear capabilities with missiles in place, but
those are not instruments of well being of their citizens.

Germany and Japan will have many colonies and with their first class
technologies are beneficial to the North Korean colonies (and its
citizens).

I am sure as the time increases one can persuade the future of the
countries in nuclear age that, it is not the old nationalism but the
new colonial developments in the good sense and laws for their
existence of the next 600 years (not annihilation in nuclear wars and
permanent environmental damage to the earth).

3-I am sure the highest agricultural and technological help will be
forwarded to the North Korea as their colonies.

After all the nuclear capabilities of North Korea will be transferred
to Japan and Germany.

This will even more balance (in the right direction) the nuclear
forces in Europe and Asia.

This is not Germany and Japan of the WWII, but Germany and Japan in
modern times with excellent values to contribute for the next 600
years (indeed the best countries are assigned for the colonization of
North Korea).

Obviously the USA and EU should carefully evaluate my proposals for
the conclusion of worldwide reduction of tensions (in many aspects) as
well as in America.
