Colonial Expansion In South America
Dear Newsgroup:

In order to solve massive problems of South American countries I would
like to recommend the following:

1-Venezuela will be partitioned between three countries Brazil,
Argentina and Chile.

2- While there are considerable differences in population of countries
Brazil, Argentina and Chile, I would like to say that a quarter of
Venezuela will be a colony of Chile, the other quarter for Argentina,
and thus half will be for Brazil.

3-Resources will be similarly distributed, but since Brazil has
recently discovered oil fields, better half of the resources would be
for Chile and Argentina (in terms of land and other facilities).

4-It is expected that developments of housing, hospitals and
universities to continue for the advancement of the society.

5-Generous support particularly in energy sector should be allocated
to the South American poor countries in need of such resources.

6- an agricultural policy for food increase should be developed in
each colony with new maps and names.

If necessary a transfer of labor from poor areas of three countries to
the new colonies for development of its structure should be planed.

More colonies are expected for the three countries in other
continents.

The USA and EU should fully cooperate for this project.
