So far I have described the first phase of the Middle East peace plan
for its stability through the status of Jerusalem (the new city may be
renamed as Suleiman), which is linked, to my proposal of the Vatican.

Certainly the holy city of Jerusalem is linked to transformation of
another holy city of Islam namely Mecca.

I would like to suggest the second phase of the operation in the
Middle East would be as follows:

1-The city of Mecca would be the new colony of Jordan. It could be
even renamed in honor of the late King of Jordan as “King Hussein”.

2-The rest of Saudi Arabia would be new colonies of Turkey and Egypt
(half each).

3-The resources (oil and others) will be equally distributed between
Turkey and Egypt as well as the land. And clearly separate the new
Mecca in the Map.

4- The City of Mecca will receive funds proportionally from oil
revenues of entire Current Saudi Arabia.

5-The portion of the colony of Turkey may be renamed “Ataturk” and the
one for Egypt may be renamed after one of their Great pharos in the
their history.

6-Generally there will be no expansions in Arms race in the new
colonies, those of the responsibilities of the countries Jordan,
Turkey and Egypt.

Thus it is instead expected construction of hospitals, universities,
houses and other similar facilities to be developed.

7-Until other phases of Middle East peace plan in implemented (and we
have some idea about the situation), Turkey and Egypt will pay
sufficient and very generous funds to Palestinian Authority as Well as
Lebanon for their construction of their society for the next 10 years,
renewable for another 10 years (from oil resources).

8-it was intention of his holiness the Pope John Paul II after his
visit of the Middle East, to solve problems of refugees there.

9- I would like to recommend some of refugees in the area, namely in
Jordan, Palestine and Lebanon, to be transferred to the new colonies
and employed in construction of the new cities.

10- since we will need to solve Africa’s massive problems, eventually
those in Europe and other places gaining colonies need to help Africa
in their colonization of new countries.

If necessary the partition of the Saudi Arabia will be done by force.

Massive transfer of funds from Saudi Arabia to foreign banks before
its partition would be illegal.

I hope The USA, and EU fully cooperate for completing the phase one
and two of the Middle East operation as soon as possible.
