I have already described that extensive promotions of minorities in
positions of power will result severe crises within the societies both
religious and others.

You wonder what kind restrictions are needed in order we have a
control in events like nuclear wars or even conventional wars and
disasters and economic crises worldwide.

At this time, I am only concerned about the crises in the super power
like the USA.

Minorities in the USA are divided into three groups namely racial
minorities (RACM), like blacks, Chinese, etc and religious minorities
(RELM) those having number of their followers less than 30 million
world wide. The third groups of other types of minorities (OTHM) like
disables, and non-Western European type immigrants, etc.

The main issue here is about RACM and RELM.

In academic area I would like the following restrictions:

1-There should be a percentage of acceptances in faculty from those
groups of RECM and RELM.

2-For some time may be in the next 20 years there should be
restrictions on RECM and RELM having positions of power like Dean,
vice-president academic and on major educational committees as well as
chairs of departments and research grant institutions.

3-Human resources departments should modify their policies regarding “
affirmative action” laws restricting RECM, RELM and also OTHM (in some
cases).

4- there will be restrictions for considering those publishing outside
of the USA journals. Naturally those Russian journals will give
preference to Russian scientists in the USA similarly others like
Chinese and Europeans.

(Note no one published my materials in any form worldwide, they only
view their own narrow interests of their groups).

Certainly minorities like Jews and blacks can open up their own
institutions of higher education and employ whoever they like, but
about the public institutions I am afraid there will be restrictions
as mentioned.

However there should be classification on their operations.

5-If the above recommendations not implemented there is possibility of
classifying mathematics and science of those minorities as minority
math and science, and this may also be applied to Nobel Prize winners.

Certainly I believe no one will get Nobel prize in physics unless
accepted relativity, and the positions of physicists on faculties are
determined based on this fact meaning we have a paradox in science
itself.

On political side, we need the following:

1-A percentage of minorities from RECM, RELM and OTHM, for senatorial
and other similar positions must be determined by congress for the
next 20 years where the world is heading to severe crises.

2-This percentage may vary from a region to region.

3-There should be a sever restrictions regarding activities of those
minorities particularly from RECM and RELM on supporting major
elections and control of elections in variety of forms.

4- some restrictions must be applied to the position of minorities as
governors.

5- there should be restrictions of minorities from positions of major
cabinet ministers, possibly none of the minorities should occupy these
positions of power for the next 20 years.

6- there should be restrictions on minorities occupying private media
in TV, newspapers radio etc (particularly the number of anchors).

7- there also should be regulations regarding conversion to a religion
and acceptability of the society with that regard.

8- there should be regulation and restrictions on ownership of
activities of minorities in Hollywood, it seems the entire industry
controlled by RELM.

I have no doubt that the restrictions recommended are for the best
interest of the future of the USA, as well as the world, including my
proposal for the Middle East  (Jerusalem to be the sole colony of
Turkey) and the Vatican proposal.

The broad picture for political restrictions was provided and the only
presidential Candidate might be able to deliver it (or at least
partially) is senator John McCain.

There is only one great obstacle, senator Joe Lieberman his senior
advisor and promoter.

I strongly recommend Mr. McCain to remove Mr. Lieberman and some of
his very close associates from his team immediately.

Mr. Lieberman is within the group of RELM and at this time his
activities will result eventually the fall of Mr. McCain from his
presidency (as it did for Mr. Al Gore).

Normally when some minds in the government of the USA design to
substantially change the demographic structure of the USA, it is
because of power struggle and interests of groups within RELM.

Their initial strategy normally directed to contain academia (put them
into submission!) in the first place.

This will have dangerous consequences for the future of the USA.

Sever restrictions (percentage quotas, and other forms) should be
applied particularly within the political system.

I am now sure that generally no major cabinet posts should be at all
allocated to the groups from RACM and RELM, with very severe
restrictions for senatorial and house of representative positions as
well as positions in committees.

Similar sever regulations are expected in academia, particularly in
the major universities.

Possibly all traces of Albert Einstein someday will be removed from
Princeton University, and definitely they will allow those rejecting
relativity to teach at math and physics departments.

I am sure hopefully soon the blockade of NEW EXACT MATH will be
removed, and a new era in mathematics will be flourished.

My strong recommendation for cabinet posts is that the following posts
should not be allocated to groups from RACM and RELM:

Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, Department of
Defense,Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of
Homeland Security.

As well as major government posts in the world status.

I would like to remind again members of group RELM that they learn
from history and do not go too far.

I believe these restrictions will be applied in the future whether
they like it or not (despite their power in the system), since there
is no other way to contain the crises (eventually its pressure will
put them into right course). I am very confident of my
recommendations.

I hope this is not a symbolic gesture and seriously the democratic
convention will place Senator Clinton as their nomination for the
first woman in the USA to occupy the white house.

I have recommended my restrictions for the best of the USA and the
world as well as groups in RACM and RELM.

The approval of Senator Clinton in the convention for the democratic
presidency, will balance the race in the white house.

This is because I believe some powerful members of Democratic Party
played with their so-called super delegate cards and influenced the
natural balance of its outcome.

Speaking of restrictions regarding those in groups RACM and RELM, I
believe no super-delegate games should be played in the future by
anyone.

Obviously these are tricks and will not be of the best interest of the
Americans.

If hopefully Mrs. Clinton gets the nomination, we will enter into a
unique challenge in the history of America, with a lot of problems to
be solved ahead of us and I am counting on my proposal of the status
of Jerusalem.

There is no doubt that the couple Mr. Bill Clinton and Mrs. Hillary
Clinton commend a combined experience of the job of the presidency.

That great era for the “Great Britain” is unfortunately long over,
since she has lost all of her colonies and what is left is symbolic.

The Great Britain needs to gain back some colonies (as well as other

It is quite wrong that someone labeling me as a racist since I do
believe that for the next 20 years we need to cut down on the
leadership of those from RACM and RELM.

I am sure the leaders of world will see my notes and act upon it,

Currently governors of States like Pennsylvania and New York are from

My recommendations like science itself have solid historical premises
(or axioms) with very logical steps to follow for solving problems; it
has a kind of mathematics of its own in the political domain.

Those wondering whether actually leaders notice my notes here, I can
firmly say yes.

Politicians exhausted all of their avenues and looking for new ideas
in academia and political scene.

News travels fast and particularly in presidential competition they
are noticing facts. Certainly no one in the circles of Senator McCain
advising him about issues I have raised here.

It is a vary wishful thinking of the current administration of the USA
to see a peace proposal in the Middle East by the end of this year!

Certainly you have seen my side of story, and we know that how many
times since 1948 they have promised peace in the Middle East with
broken promises.

My proposal of the status of Jerusalem is a solid rock fact; we take
it from there.

By the way my ideas about reduction in management of those in RACM and
RELM should not scare these groups.

These are necessary steps to bring stability and respect for
everyone’s involvement in the system, since currently it has gone too
far.

If you think that I am posting off topics here, well, as long as they
permit blockade of my mathematics and my academic activities this is
the way it is going to be.

By the way particularly in institutions of research, we need
restrictions in board of directors of these American mathematical
institutions.

Three of them (math institutes) are located in California, and I
believe it is proportionally ill distributed in the USA.

They forget that if they persist to isolate other kind of mathematics
(like mine), they will be labeled as researchers with minority
mathematics.

They think that every think they say is right but forgotten about book
burning in 1933-45. Thus again we will return to the performance
categorized as “ going too far”.

By the way, the democratic convention 2008 is 10 days away, and we
need to balance the race for candidate’s race by supporting Mrs.
Clinton.

Do you think she should select her vice president about a week from
now? Or her name in the list is just another trick by the democratic
establishment for promotion of the candidacy of Mr.Obama?

These are critical issues everyone is concerned, since the policies I
have talked about in some degree rest on who will be the next
president of the USA.

This was a trick by RELM to deceive Americans and Mrs. Clinton
certainly knew about it.

Monica Lewinsky was Jewish and the action by Mr. Clinton simplify
implied that they are people and thus one can have relationship with
them (during 1933-45 they did not view them as people simply subhuman
and in 1935 marriage with outsiders were prohibited).

I also believe other scenarios about Mr. Clinton’s affairs simply not
true he was masquerading Kennedy during those times.

Although I am not sure that even President Kennedy had any misconducts
in his post marriage (this is the media story), and I really believe
RELM was the sole reason for his assassination and developing the
Vietnam War (and thus affirmative action law and penetration of RELM
in all avenues) with other presidents.

President Kennedy had a sever pain in his back and could not thus
realize some of his actions could ignite his assassination.

I again remind RELM to watch their action and be normal and remove
their sever involvement in the election and let naturally Mrs. Clinton

So far I have noted that the reasons of events in 1933-45 in Germany
were:

1-members of RELM had gone too far and their numbers substantially
increased in Arts, Sciences, Law and other places.

2-it was a pattern of the history within century’s developments, which
converged with church, society and Germany at that time.

3-Also it was communism of Karl Marx (designed purposely to combat
centuries old anti-Semitism).

4-economic crisis in the world and crash of financial institutions.

I would like to add the following main characteristic of the events:

5-coloninal requests of Germany particularly in the Eastern Europe.

The Great Britain had many colonies and was well connected through
financial markets of world as Germany was lacking those items.

History looks like is coming back to those circles again.

We see RACM and RELM placed themselves in many positions of power,
controlled academia, political apparatus and also creating economic
crises (although they think with it they can manipulate the public!)
and deceive the world.

The promotion of Mr.Obama during these crises in America seems
designed by RELM to further their cause in the world.

This is a great mistake.

In the item 5 above, the colonial ambitions are also centuries old and
one should carefully think about it.

I believe some countries in each continent should have developments of
colonial expansion, but not as the German leaders at that time wanted
for slavery purposes, but cooperation for better management of land,
food, health, education and resources balance of wealth between poor
and rich etc.

Today’s crisis in Russia-Georgia means colonial expansions of past and
this cannot be neglected if we request the same demands for other
countries in Western Europe, Japan, the Middle East (like Turkey and
Egypt) as well as in the Latin America and America itself.

Otherwise we are heading to the nuclear confrontation within a
generation (with severe disaster to earth environment as well as
death).

Thus I would like to emphasis the colonial expansion of some countries
for good intentions in the world are the way the world is heading
towards (and needed to be satisfied).

I would like to remind RELM that they do not play politics with Mrs.
Clinton, as she got to be the next nominee for democratic candidacy.

Otherwise, they will eventually read the games of RELM and there will
be uncontrolled resistance to them in the future.

There are severe crises and wars around the world (also food prices
and economic crises) and like bacteria are increasing.

religious establishment interests for good of the society otherwise

This is in my view a wrong idea and attitude to deal with.

It is dangerous that the USA has no solutions for the crises in the
world and thinking missiles developments as a way out!

I hope the next president of the USA will reverse this trend, which
only adds to negative psychology of the world’s attitude for the
future.

In terms of ideas presented for the good causes of colonial
expansions, I would like to seriously recommend the following:

The country of Poland to be colonies of Russia and France.

This means two new territories (half each) should be designed with new
names and the Poland seat should be removed from the UN.

Again, the colonial ideas are not in the old sense and I believe the
cooperation mentioned before (like arms reduction, health education,
food, etc) will improve the well being of the Polish people in the
centuries to come.

In order to prevent nuclear confrontations in the future, as missiles
developments indicate, the ideas of nationalism of some countries
should be abandoned in the old sense.

The two new countries can be separately governed with governor-
generals from Russia and France with new maps for their boundaries.

I have to emphasis that colonial expansions in sprit of cooperation is
absolutely essential parameter of the world view.

Taking care of colonies by the mother country (not in the old sense)
is vital for the well being of the world and adjusting and expanding
resources particularly difference between poor and rich in the
colonies.

I am sure no mater how politicians play games eventually this is the
view they need to adjust not missiles developments (what does that
mean, they expect to possibly answer the crises with explosion of one
after another!).

The colonial request will be generally based on status of a country in
many centuries, their power and technological advances as well as the

Major countries to carry the great responsibility of having colonies

Obviously the constitution of European Union and organizations like
Nato and similar institutions need to be adjusted.

Thus internal maneuvering of countries for solving problems not

It was further in Ukrainian ambivalence debated that:

The half part containing Crimea can be renamed as a new colony of
“Churchill”, governed by a governor general from Great Britain, like
Canada.

We are heading to troubles in the Europe and missiles and Nato and
European constitutions will not be answers.

Colonial desire is centuries old and further more none of Western
European countries can solve their internal problems just by trade
laws and inside maneuvering.

New colonial expansions are of the best interests of world and will
solve many combined problems. We need their management to provide

two countries.

But it is not at all clear Russia may have part of it (possibly not at

We need to distribute colonies in total balance of the world view from

have), support they can provide in health, education, food and many
other issues.etc.

I am happy to hear that, because Mrs. Clinton on the VP position with

Mr. Barack Obama has selected Sen. Joe Biden as his vice president.

Mr.Biden as they say is foreign policy expert.

Well, as far as I know America has been experiencing a continued
foreign policy failures for a long time.

Otherwise, we would not have crises in many dimensions in the country.

As far as I remember, some of the scholars and also past presidents
were skeptical of the job of “Vice president”, as they thought
something in between and not clear what he could do!

Thus again returning to the main issue that Mr. Obama cannot
accommodate the job of the presidency.

My colonial proposals may take 5 to 10 years (I hope sooner) to be
implemented even partially, but I hope politicians will get the
message what is the direction they need to work on (I am theoretically
confident about it).

In restrictions with regard to academic institutions, issues of
foreign policy influence in American institutions should be considered
(for example Chinese academia in America influence China’s policies in
the USA).

Soon someone will be the president of the USA and should fix the
issues of related to damaged foreign policy as well as within
academia.

Speaking of the need for colonial expansion, I would like as a
Canadian Citizen (originally from Iran) to elaborate on the Great
Britain.

The Great Britain like some other Western European countries should
get large colonies in order to provide a sound stability to the
world’s affairs in all respects.

I would like to suggest that some functions of all countries currently
headed by Her Majesty the Queen, like Canada, Australia, etc, should
be transferred to the Great Britain.

These are operations of Foreign Affairs, Supreme Court, and possibly
defense department.

Also these countries should remove their seats from the UN, and there
is possibility of one seat to be created in the UN representing
colonies of the Great Britain (similarly for other Western European
countries, if their colonies are large enough).

It has been decades that the province of Quebec in Canada (French
speaking) has aspirations of separation.

As you can see we are encouraging colonial developments for the best
interests of world.

Thus the idea of a separate Quebec as a new nation is out of question.

However the province of Quebec will be within Canada with more
autonomous parameters of governing.

This is possible if one can transfer part of Foreign affairs of the
Great Britain for Canada to France.

There is no total independence for Quebec as they wish to be, thus
even within Canada they are more autonomous, its foreign affairs got
to be related to France (for historical and other practical reasons).

This is more possible if we allocate enough colonies to France
relative to the Great Britain in a balance relationship.

So you can see how complex and challenging issues are and not as
simple as they think.

This all means if Quebec wants to be in some sort of autonomous
country within Canada, the issue is related to the nature of colonial
entities for France and the UK.

By the way I would like to bring to the attention of the USA that
manly colleges and universities prefer to hire more in masters degree
level faculty than Ph.D. particularly community colleges.

When the country is in crises all avenues are ill functioning.

I certainly have my academic restrictions on my top of the list for
the USA.

In continuation of the new Map of the world for its future stability
for the next 600 years I would like to further suggest the following.

1- The countries in Central America namely Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican
Republic and Puerto Rico to be a new colony of the Great Britain as a
new nation headed by Her Majesty the Queen.

2-The USA currently having Puerto Rico as its territory will have
instead half of Hong Kong, as well as the Catholic part of the
Northern Island.

     3-The other half of the Hong Kong would be a colony of Japan.

4- In order to balance the territorial interests within the Europe and
the UAS and Asia, I would like to suggest the country of Taiwan to be
a colony of Italy and Spain (half each).

5-Also Germany will have half of Austria (including Vienna); the other
half will be for France.

6-Germany will have Czech Republic as its new colony and it is
expected that the USA remove missiles agreements from the area, this
is a very dangerous game to play.

7- Since Germany will have responsibility of having many other
colonies in Eastern Europe as well as in Asia, because of some
historical and strategic balance I would like to say that it is
imperative East Germany to be a new colony of the Great Britain.

8-You may rename East Germany as “ Montgomery” after the World War II
British Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery.


China must agree to the above proposals as well as gradual expansion
of Japan (in the area) for its colonial balance of the Asia.

Otherwise sever restrictions will be placed in its trade outlook
particularly in WTO and Chinese academics in the USA and others as
needed.

Certainly more colonies are expected for Egypt, Turkey, Brazil,
Argentina and Chile as well as others in the Europe.

You see that in order to remove nuclear developments and missiles in
the Europe we need to have a concrete proposal.

Otherwise we are heading to disasters.

I would like to add the following items as well:

1- Italy and Spain also have Greece as their colonies (half each).

2- France will have East Timor as its new colony.

I should add that major countries mentioned before in Europe will have
much larger colonies but some small countries also will have a colony
at least (Like Belgium, Denmark, Holland and Sweden, i.e. they will
not be under colonial rule).

This is for the very strategic balance in the area as well as
historical events.

Once politicians in Europe, the USA and Russia agreed to embark upon
the idea of the new world as new colonial expansions  (to substitute

what territory in the future.

As I have mentioned before we are in history like 1923 Germany and in
10 years the world will reach into its equivalent (in historical time)

Obviously NATO expansion will not be the solution including those

In other words less health, education and food crises will be norms of

carefully study my proposals of colonial expansions including the one

Sooner or later because of the above-mentioned characteristics NATO

Institute Of Colonial Expansion

So far I have presented ideas for colonial expansions for betterment
of the world status and stability.

I would like to seriously suggest setting up an international office
in the USA as it’s headquarter for studying feasibility and
practicality of the colonial expansions.

The countries both those gaining colonies and those will be eventually
partitioned for a new colonial map could invest in this institution
for all sorts of communications regarding colonial matters.

Thus we need all sorts of lawyers, advisors, academics, and experts in
resources, etc. to accommodate the colonial maps of future.

While billions of dollars are spent on nuclear missiles studies and
developments, funds are needed for “Institute of colonial expansion”.

Particularly the countries listed as colonial rulers of the new world,
