What to do after teaching?
A friend of mine approached me at school today and asked if I knew of any
websites that give teachers advice on what to do if they want to leave the
profession. Her husband is totally disheartened by the profession (which I
feel I do more often than not now) and is thinking about a different career.
Does anybody know of a website that would help him, or of course know
someone who has returned to the real world? He has a Maths Degree which I'm
sure can be put to better use.

Learndirect, as a friend who was fed up with the paperwork involved in
being a head

Does he have any DIY skills - there are many people out there who want
simple jobs done at less than builders price - say charging between £10
& £15 per hour
