Hmmmm, bit of a setback in the popsock thingie market. I couldn't sleep
because of 'The Itch' last night, and had to remove the appliance to let
my arm 'breathe'. It definitely got more comfortable without the nylon.
It seems that a few days' worth of sweat (exasperated by the addition
sweating produced naturally bt bicycle rides) begins to make our product
less desirable.

How about a few holes or slits cut into the popsock? It would still
keep the bandage on.
Don't give up at the first hurdle. Remember you are trying out a
prototype. This is ground-breaking stuff.
The real net stuff is full of holes.

Ahuh! And for every setback there's a victory. Without the sock, my
badnage unravelled against the sleeve of the waterproof jacket on this
morning's bike ride. Back at home, I removed the badnage leaving the
gauze pad.betadine pad and steristrips in place and securing them with
micropore, then encased the whole lot back in our product, this time
employing a different "doubleback"[pat. pending] seam fold as only a
shorter length was required.
Easrly signs are promising. Less bulky, and producing less friction,
than a badnage for these later stages of recovery, the lightweight Outer
Wall secures the dressing in place, thus ensuring ongoing sterility at
the injury site whilst allowing for maximum freedom of movement.
Esily removed and replaced, even single handed, sweat can be washed away
from the crrok of the eblow, thus ensuring a comfortable, itch-free
experience.
> The real net stuff is full of holes.
So is this company. We need to tighten up at ground level.

Bamboo is the fibre of choice for use in situations where the fabric
may get damp. Some of Sam's nappies are made of bamboo. You can buy
knitting yarn in several colours which is a kind of elasticated
bamboo, intended for sock knitting. I think you should consider
creating an open mesh with some of that.

Too hot for normal daywear. But it would leave a pretty pattern on your
arm. Perhaps we could introduce a glam eveningwear range? After all,
even people with injured limbs sometimes go out and socialise.
<snip>
> Can you do without the cuff if you double it?
No. You're just trying to do away with me.
The cuff isn't a separate product, it;s created by folding the raw end
of the popsock in a special way.

Hmmm... Are you implyin that the tree branch was deliberately placed in
my path to cause damage to my person? In that case, it might be as well
to have a bodyguard. I'm sure we can work out an appopriate rate of pay
for such a specialised position by such a special err... being. The Bag
can guard me.
