We could call them Eblow Nappies, as Greebs thinks your eblow is in a
funny place.

Yep. I was very impressed by the net thing, which is why I washed it
and kept it.
Is it cold enough for 2 layers of clothing on your eblow where you
are?

Two thin layers (top and jacket) when you're bombing along on a bike -
yes. It feels a bit chillier than usual when you do that.

What sort of road do you ride on?
You'd be risking more than an elbow around here.

I avoid roads. Just down the hill is a cycle track which follows the
path of an old railway line. It only goes for a couple of miles in one
direction, but the other way runs for several miles into a country park,
where there are a number of other cycle paths shootng off from there.
And sometimes we put the bikes on the cars and go further afield - there
are loads of cycle tracks and trails around south wales.

Partly thanks to my nephew Julian, who works for Sustrans and helps to
plan the routes of new cycle tracks :-)

Thank you Liz. Stick to the mackering upping and let me and Sheeel make
the executive decisions. Your name would be more suited to the Outer
Walls (the OWs) themselves rather than to the plastic parcel bag
protective sleeves.

What name? You mustn't name the things after me. That would be
silly. And if they involve mackerel, I want nothing to do with it.

I am the very picture of patience... and if they don't arrive on
Tuesday, I'll e-mail them.
As he can't help with that, how about asking him to give a push where
necessary to the people wot are supposed to be mapping out the newer
parts of the Dare trail. You can go along one bit, then you don't know
where to head next.

I'm thinking about going to see Billy Bragg at the Parc & Dare theatre

Welsh cakes are absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately the silly Welsh
put eggs in the mix, so now I can't eat them any more :-(
