Home wireless network
Can anybody help me to complete setting up my home wireless network?

Scenario: One laptop, Win XP, used exclusively by me. One desktop
PC, Win2000, used by my partner and my son, and occasionally me, on
restricted user accounts, with an admin account for installing stuff.
Home broadband connection with Demon, via Netgear wireless router.
The laptop has its own built-in wireless adapter. I have installed
(using the admin account) a Netgear USB wireless adapter on the
desktop PC.

Progress so far: Everything working nicely, as long as it is an
administrator logged on to the desktop PC.

Problem: I do not want my son to be an administrator. Can anybody
tell me how to give him the connectivity without the extra privileges?
i.e. How can I make the wireless available to a restricted user in Win
2000?
