Wireless Network Management Systems ? Are they needed in a small school ?
Hi

I was just wondering if when setting up a wireless network there is any need
for this kind of technology, I'm working in a small school with 400 pupils
and we have one Access Point in one classroom with 15 laptops and we
expanding to a second set of laptops quite soon.

This technology seems to be good at ensuring high levels of security and
balancing loads between one access point and another so is this
functionality really desirable when sets of laptops are located in single
classrooms for the duration of a lesson ? and are there other benefits that
I am not aware of ?
