Hi,

I would like some advice on the following situation:

Stewart works for a LA in the education department. Schools buy into an 
SLA with the LA where among others, Stewart visits the schools on a 
regular basis.
When Stewart applied for the job and was accepted, he had a CRB check 
(over 3 years ago).
Now, one of the schools has asked to see this CRB (Stewart has been 
going to that school for 3 years).

My query is:

1. Can the school see this CRB? and what happens if Stewart can't find 
the copy that he may or may not have received when he started?
2. If so, what can they see?
