Print quota(ing) software
We have seen our printing costs spiral out of control this year as a
result of installing decent HP colour laser printers. Needless to say
the pupils have seized the opportunity to print several copies of their
200 page ppt presentation containing pictures of modified cars .....

I've done a search on the forum & it appears the last time this was
raised was in 2003.

Does anyone have any strong recommendations regarding print quota
software & any ideas how to implement a fair printing policy - how do
we accomodate the fact that a pupil may print his english course work
while in an IT lesson for example?

Any advice gratefully received as we cannot sustain these costs.

Thanks,

John
