What were the arrangements between the O.U. and BBC?
Did the O.U. have a regular commercial contract with the BBC, to produce and
air the O.U. radio and TV programmes, or was the BBC obliged to produce and
air the distance learning at no cost to the O.U.? Thanks for any insight
into this.
