Bril new KS 3 maths scheme
I've seen a brilliant, brand-spanking new maths scheme for KS 3.
It comes with lots of bells and whistles: The core book which I've
seen has fantastic colourful artwork and real life interest.
There's also expendable access books which link in with the core
books. I've seen the first one designed for Y7s working at Ls 1-2
and it's really attractive - too good for the kids to write in! The
teacher guides, for core and access books, both hard copy and CD-ROM
plan out the lessons and have extra goodies. There's also going to be
a disk with interactive whiteboard lessons, games & simulations etc.

At the moment there's onlt Y7 available with Y 8 due out later this
summer. It's well worth getting hold of inspection materials. The
