He did better than google.  Google.com produces 51 errors compared to
16 for rich brownie.
The W3.org validator is a myth.

Look at google's source. They pack it as small as possible, since for
every byte on their home page, that is billions more that are
transmitted. There is no doctype or xml version as true html/xhtml
requires.

The website mentioned has the strict doctype, so the author is claiming
in the document that browsers should assume he follows the html4
standard perfectly.

That being said, it is a pretty pointless reason to dismiss a website.
Just the use of a frame set to hide the real content (so that it appears
different to search engines, I assume) is very shady and worth not
trusting this site.
